Hilary's Sonnet

We are so different yet still together,
Your touch is like fire; I melt into you.
You mood is unpredictable weather,
If only your sky was always blue.
Do you really see who I am inside;
Or am I just your phantom lover,
Your impending fantasy brunette bride
Whose secrest you have yet to discover.
I can't deny that I am using you,
But what feeling has grown between us has
Shaken my belief that love is taboo,
Could I give up my flirtasious pizzazz?
I tried, but I can't bring myself to leave.
Could this be love, or am I just naive?

Thanks
Thanks Heather, I appreciate that. The interesting thing is that the sonnet was written about my relationship with my boyfriend, and we are still together and in love. Re-reading this made me smile...I suppose we can all change.

Very good...
I just went back and was looking through blogs and I just read this... I think that it is really good. It has a great flow to it and I can tell that there is a story behind it. It is also very sad.
