For the climax, I would have to put it where King Richard gives his "I am the King speech". For a while , he was getting really depressed about how the rebellion issue isn't going so well, and his is probably a little sad that his two accused "lovers" (Bushy and Green) had gotten axed. I think the climax would be right after Aumerle says "Comfort, my liege. Remember who you are." and the Richard replies, "I had forgot myself. Awake, thou sluggard majesty, thou sleep'st!" That is also the moment when all of his questions about what is x are answered. X is the king, placed by God to rule men. What does x do? He reigns over England, and will not allow rebellion to take his country. What does x mean? Well, I guess it means that he has the power to do as he likes, for his is the head of England. It means that he has God on his side, and Bolingbroke will not sway his rule. I think that part would be the climax, and I bet in the video that this is a pretty powerful scene.

Crucial moment.

I had a hard time pinpointing the climax, but I think the moment you identified is a good one. I guess if I had to pick, I would say the moment that happened just slightly after (I believe it was after. perhaps before?) when Aumerle says his dad can make a body out of an arm. King Richard gets all excited, and then the guy shares the news that Aumerle's dad is not on their side. That moment seems like the one when the end truly becomes inevitable. Hope is gone.
