Okay so i know this is kinda a wierd and unorthodox way to go abou this but I was wondering if you post grades on here... also I was wondering if you do any extra credit... the reason i ask is because I have been reallt sick on and off this quarter and have missed my allowed 10 days but I can't afford to get a bad grade and I deffinately wont miss anymore class... even if I'm dying cause I just can't afford to so anyways if you could give me a heads up that'd be awesome! Thanks

Hi Katie,
I don't post grades here. If I did, everyone would be able to see them, so not a good idea. At this point, because my schedule got whacked out by my being sick several days, we haven't done much that is getting a formal grade. Just journals and I don't tally those until the end. The seminar from today gets a grade, but it's a small part of the overall grade, so not indicative. The literature review due Monday is worth 20 percent of the overall grade, so that will be a reasonable indicator of where you(and everyone else) stands gradewise. Also, no extra credit. Just do the work as best you can. I'm going to have to figure out how to address the missed classes and low journal counts for a number of students. My having missed more days this quarter than I usually do in two years has made the class not run as smoothly as they might, though I'm not sure how I'll compensate for that. Bradley
