By this time of the play Richard is even more unstable than he was in the earlier acts. He seems to be entirely ready to give up his crown and to not be king anymore. He makes is sound like it's such a burden that he is ready to accept the consequences. The consequence will be eternal damnation and he seems to not care about it anymore. At least in the previous acts he seemed a little worried about that, but Harry is ready to pickl up his pieces. He seems a little too eager to take Richard's crown. He may stop to think of the consequences, but it doen't seem to make much of an impact on him. Harry emotionally seems like he will fare better than Richard as king, since he is making the choice to be it and not be born with the burden.
