Acts 1 & 2 were super funny. thats why it made sence that teh play is better acted in the presentational style. If you can directly address the audience in some cases it makes it more funny. In this case that is so. By doing this you can associate with the audience and show how the play is funnier then most. If you include the audience and have them participate then there is more comedy and enjoyment. Representational is better left for drama and serious plays because if there is involvement it draws away from the intensity of the play and the acts.

Richard II
The Comedy of Errors was definitely written to be seen representationally, I agree, it makes it so funny. It is normally not seen in anything but comedic plays, but it would be great to see a normally dramatic pieces done representationally. Like, Richard II is normally done in the representational style, but it would be really funny to see a production done in the presentational way. Seeing Richard so over emotional and relating to the audience would be so funny as opposed to playing it straight, where most productions of it are quite boring. I just thought it would be a funny idea.
