I wrote about this trough urinal last year. I encountered it on a bike ride through the Idaho Panhandle, which isn't far from Spokane. This year, however, as I was approaching the park where I ran across it last year, it's significance dawned on me. It's located near the town of Rathdrum, Idaho. In all fairness, Larry Craig spends little, if any, time in this part of the state, but that's surely not enough to make me pass on this opportunity. So, WWLCD?
